Programs Overview

Children’s Program

The Children's Program provides an after-school program for over fifty children in one of the most poverty stricken areas of Camden. In the summer months children attend a four-week day camp at Fellowship House, and have the opportunity to participate in sponsored away camps outside of the city. Fellowship House is passionate for the children of South Camden and seeks to provide quality and effective programs that will enable each child to have a hope and future.

Youth Program

The Youth Program provides a positive and safe place for teens to work during the critical hours of 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. It provides important job training, an alternative to the temptations and dangers of the streets, and a place to grow in God.

Addiction Services

Fellowship House Addiction Services is a service for substance abuse users who are seeking a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ as the key to becoming free from drugs and alcohol.

Food Ministry

Fellowship House provides for the immediate needs of the community, and one constant need is food. Food is distributed to individuals and families who live in the neighborhood, both on a regularly scheduled basis and on an emergency basis.

Clothing Ministry

Fellowship House provides clothing to those in the community, including coats and blankets in winter months. Clothing is distributed free of charge to individuals and families from the neighborhood.

Community Outreach

Fellowship House is continually exploring ways to touch the spiritual and other needs of the community. Some of the ways we do this are by providing Sunday morning worship, a regular monthly women’s ministry group, and occasional classes for people wishing to learn basic computer skills.
