Food Bag Giveaway

Once a month Fellowship House provides a bag of food (including food such as a whole chicken or a turkey, and eggs) to neighbors who need food. Donated food is picked up from the Food Bank of South Jersey (or from participating organizations or a local supermarket), and Fellowship House staff sorts the food for individual households and distributes it. Usually the bags are distributed on the fourth Friday of the month, except during November and December when the bags are distributed before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
